Can I preview my invitation before paying?+
Yes. Choose a design, customize the invitation, and preview the complete guest experience. Payment is only required when you are ready to publish.
Is SimplyVite a subscription?+
No. SimplyVite is a one-time payment for one published invitation. There is no monthly subscription.
Can I create the invitation in any language?+
Yes. You can customize the invitation text, RSVP wording, schedule, questions, and guest-facing labels. SimplyVite does not translate the wording automatically, so you enter the language you want to use.
Do guests need an app, and is it mobile-friendly?+
No app is needed. Guests open the invitation from a normal link in their browser, and the invitation and RSVP experience are designed for mobile devices.
What can I customize?+
You can change the template, wording, fonts, colors, sizing, positioning, public labels, and optional sections.
Can I choose my invitation link and protect it with a PIN?+
Yes. Choose a custom link if it is available, or let SimplyVite generate one. You can also add an optional PIN to the public invitation. The guest-photo gallery uses its own shareable link and QR code.
How do guests RSVP?+
Guests open your invitation, enter their names, choose whether they are attending, add their party size, and answer any questions you have enabled.
Can guests share photos?+
Yes. Enable a shared gallery where guests can upload and browse event photos. You can copy the gallery link, download a branded QR code for tables or welcome signs, manage uploads, and remove photos. You can also add a separate link to an official photographer's gallery.

Can I send guests email updates?+
Yes. Guests can subscribe with their email address. When relevant event details change, you can publish them to the same invitation link, review the prepared update, and send it to active subscribers. Every subscriber can unsubscribe.
Can I edit the invitation after publishing?+
Yes. You can update permitted practical details and publish them to the same invitation link. Certain identity details may be locked to prevent one paid invitation from being reused for a different event.
What event information can I include?+
You can add the schedule, timing, venue, dress code, notes, Google Maps link, and an Add to Calendar option.
Can I ask guests questions, create polls, or limit party size?+
Yes. Add custom questions and polls for menu choices, songs, transport, or other details. You can also limit the number of guests allowed in each RSVP.
How can I organize and export responses?+
The response dashboard includes attendance totals, guest counts, answers, filters, and possible duplicate warnings. Each invitation supports up to 500 RSVP records. You can export CSV, copy an Excel-friendly version, or download a PDF report.
What happens if I cancel my event?+
Canceling permanently unpublishes the invitation and stops normal guest access. It does not automatically refund the purchase. Refund eligibility is explained in the Refund Policy.
