1. Who we are
SimplyVite is a trading name of AKSIRO PDOO ("SimplyVite", "we", "us", or "our"), registered at Chedomir Kantardziev 3, 1000 Skopje, Macedonia.
These Terms govern access to and use of the SimplyVite website, invitation editor, public invitations, RSVP tools, guest-photo galleries, event email updates, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing an invitation, using an invitation as a host, or submitting information as a guest, you agree to the provisions that apply to your use of the Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What SimplyVite provides
SimplyVite lets an event host create and customize a digital invitation, publish it at a shareable link, collect guest responses, receive guest photos, and send event updates to guests who have subscribed with their email addresses.
The current purchase is a one-time purchase for one published invitation with the SimplyVite features shown at checkout. It is not a recurring subscription unless a future checkout clearly says otherwise.
We may improve or change features over time. We will not knowingly remove a material paid feature from an active invitation without a reasonable operational, security, or legal reason.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to create an account or make a purchase.
You must provide accurate account and event information, keep your sign-in details secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions taken through your account unless they result from our failure to use reasonable security measures.
Public invitation guests do not need a SimplyVite account to view an invitation or submit an RSVP. Guests must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
4. Prices, payment, and taxes
The price and currency displayed at checkout control. The current SimplyVite price is US$99 for one invitation, but prices may change for future purchases.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe receives payment-card and billing details directly. SimplyVite does not store full payment-card details. AKSIRO PDOO remains the seller responsible for the SimplyVite purchase and this agreement; Stripe acts as the payment processor unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be handled as shown at checkout or as required by law. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.
We may refuse or cancel a transaction where the price or product information is clearly incorrect, the payment is unauthorized, fraud is suspected, or the law requires us to do so. If we cancel a completed transaction for one of these reasons without delivering the purchased Service, we will return the amount paid.
5. Digital delivery and activation
SimplyVite is a digital service. After successful payment, the purchased invitation is normally activated and made available through the host's account without physical delivery. A payment confirmation or receipt may also be sent by Stripe or SimplyVite.
The host is responsible for checking the invitation before sharing it and for keeping the event details current. Delivery is complete when the paid invitation is successfully activated and accessible through the host's account, subject to mandatory consumer law.
6. Host responsibilities
An event host is responsible for:
- the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of event details, invitation wording, images, links, questions, and other submitted content;
- having the necessary permission to provide personal information about guests or other people;
- having the rights or permissions needed for uploaded artwork, photos, names, music references, and other content;
- deciding who receives invitation, gallery, and administrative links;
- reviewing RSVPs and event updates before relying on them; and
- complying with laws that apply to the event, guest communications, photography, and invitations.
You must not use SimplyVite for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, deceptive, or dangerous activity. You must not upload malware, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited email.
7. Public links, PINs, and sharing
Published invitations and guest-photo galleries are accessed through shareable links. Anyone who receives or discovers an unprotected link may be able to open it.
Hosts may enable an invitation PIN. The PIN limits access to the public invitation, but it does not protect the separate guest-photo gallery link or QR code. A person with the gallery link or QR code may be able to view or upload photos while guest uploads are open.
Hosts should only share links and PINs with intended guests and should disable access or contact us if a link has been shared unintentionally.
8. RSVPs, guest questions, and email updates
RSVPs and guest answers are supplied by guests. SimplyVite does not verify their accuracy or guarantee that every intended guest has responded.
Guests may choose to subscribe to event updates by providing an email address. Subscribers may unsubscribe using the link in an email. Hosts must not use SimplyVite event-email tools to send unrelated marketing or messages to people who have not subscribed.
Email delivery depends on third-party providers, recipient mail systems, and the accuracy of the address. We do not guarantee delivery, timing, inbox placement, or that a recipient will read an email.
9. Guest photos
Hosts may enable a shared gallery. Guests must only upload photos they are permitted to share. Uploaders and hosts must respect privacy, copyright, publicity, and other rights, including when a child appears in a photo.
Hosts can remove photos from their event. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, or is the subject of a credible rights complaint.
Guest-photo gallery availability and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Hosts can remove individual photos or delete an event when they no longer want its gallery content stored.
An official-photographer or external gallery link supplied by a host leads to a third-party service. SimplyVite does not host or control files at that external link.
10. Event cancellation and refunds
Canceling an event in SimplyVite unpublishes the invitation and stops normal guest access. Canceling an event does not automatically refund or reverse its payment.
Refund eligibility is governed by the SimplyVite Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes a legal right that cannot be excluded.
11. Intellectual property and user content
SimplyVite and its licensors own the Service, software, interface, brand, and template system, excluding content supplied by users and separately licensed assets. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased invitation through the Service. It does not transfer ownership of the SimplyVite software, templates, or brand.
You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You grant SimplyVite a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, resize, process, display, transmit, and delete that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for limited backup, security, dispute, or legal-retention needs.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service or templates except where applicable law expressly allows it.
12. Third-party services
SimplyVite relies on third-party services, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for email delivery. It may also create or display links involving Google Maps, Google Calendar, YouTube, social networks, photographers, or other websites.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or services outside SimplyVite's control, but we remain responsible for our own obligations and for selecting processors with reasonable care.
13. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep SimplyVite reliable and secure, but internet services can experience interruptions, maintenance, delivery delays, data corruption, or third-party failures. Keep a separate copy of important event information and do not rely on SimplyVite as the only method for urgent or safety-critical communication.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available and without promises not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect compatibility with every device or email provider, a particular number of RSVPs or uploads, or that third-party links will remain available.
These disclaimers do not limit mandatory consumer guarantees.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplyVite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss caused by inaccurate user content, a guest's action, an external website, or circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability arising from a particular paid invitation will not exceed the amount paid for that invitation. This limit does not apply where the law requires a higher or unlimited remedy.
15. Suspension, termination, and deletion
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect users or the Service, investigate fraud, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to correct the issue.
You may stop using SimplyVite at any time. Event cancellation and permanent event deletion are separate actions. Deleting an event or account may permanently remove associated information and does not itself create a refund right.
There is currently no self-service account deletion or complete data-export button. Requests can be made manually using the contact details below. We will verify the request and handle access, export, correction, or deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, product, or operational changes. The updated date will be shown at the top. For a material change affecting an active paid invitation, we will provide reasonable notice where required and will not retroactively remove mandatory rights.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Macedonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. You may also have the right to use a local consumer authority, data-protection authority, alternative dispute process, or court that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
